There is a $40.00 non-refundable registration fee per family due at the time of enrollment. There is a two weeks security deposit equal to the current weekly rate (payable in increments). This two weeks security deposit will be credited to your child’s last two weeks of care.

Upon enrollment we will need the following:

  • Complete paperwork and approval if you go through D.C.F.S. or Childcare assistance.
  • D.C.F.S. Application of Child Record
  • D.C.F.S. Consent form
  • D.C.F.S. Verification of Receipt
  • Copy of ID/Driver’s license of those authorized to pick up child
  • Copy of court papers pertaining to child
  • Copy of child’s medical insurance card
  • CACFP Registration form
  • Adventurous Learning forms
  • Immunization Record & Physical
  • Lead test/assessment- 6 months-6 years old
  • Your child’s original certified birth certificate:
